Week in Review

I have just one more week of “prep” time before my mileage/hours start to climb, so here’s a look at what I did last week…

Running (4 runs)

Total distance: 28.2 miles

Total time: 4:32

Cycling (3 rides)

Total distance: 52.95 miles

Total time: 4:20

Summary: 8:52:39 of activity. I was supposed to hit 10hrs. To be fair, I also did 2 hours worth of yoga, which would put me over the 10hr minimum.

Success.
