Week in Review

Last week (Jan. 31 – Feb. 6) was my last “prep” week before I’m supposed to begin “base” training. Periodization still throws me for a loop.

Anyway, here’s what I did.

Running (5 runs)

Total distance: 35.6 miles

Total time: 5:25:28

Cycling (4 rides)

Total distance:  Unknown. My sensor wasn’t working on one ride, and I mixed in some circuit work on two occasions.

Total time: 5:58:10

Other

Bikram: 90 minutes

Yogalates: 60 minutes

Summary: 13:53:39 of activity, well over my 10hr requirement. Plus a nice variety and some really strong workouts.
