Week in Review

Pretty varied week for Feb. 7 through Feb. 13, including a 5K and a run in my underwear. Here’s the rundown:

Running (3 runs)

Total distance: 24.72 miles (plus the Undie Run mile)

Total time: 3:35:50

Cycling (3 rides)

Total distance:  51.02 miles (total time includes circuit work)

Total time: 4:10:02

Other

Bikram: 6 hours (4 90-minute sessions)

Summary: 7:54:53 plus 6 hours for a total of 13:54:53 of activity.

I’ve got my first boot camp class bright and early tomorrow morning — 3 hours a week for a month!
