Week in Review

This was my most varied week to date because it included two swims and boot camp class. Rundown for Feb. 14 through Feb. 20:

Running (1 run)

Total distance: 4.30 miles

Total time: 39:42

Cycling (4 rides)

Total distance:  66.12 miles (total time includes circuit work)

Total time: 5:00:10

Swim (2 session)

Total distance: 4800 meters

Total time: 2 hours


Boot camp: 2 hours (squats/pushups/lunges/curls/etc.)

Summary: 9:39:52

This is a little bit below where I’d like to be, but between my no-running mandate and a weekend out of town, I fell a little short. This week I’ve got some good stuff planned to make up for it though.
