Last week was a solid one as far as workouts go. I managed to drag myself out of bed every morning and then double up with post-work sessions. I’ve discovered this is a hard habit at first, but once your body adapts it just seems normal. Right. Normal.
Running (3 pool runs)

Cycling (6 rides)
Total distance: 85.73 miles (though at Sunday spin I didn’t have my cadence meter)
Total time: 7:29:18
Swim (2 sessions)
Total distance: 6100 meters
Total time: 2:15:00
Boot camp: 2 hours (squats/pushups/lunges/curls/etc.)
Summary: 13:51:18 with a good variety and some very succesful high-intensity sessions.
Success. Let’s only hope I can match it this week (and maybe start running again?)…
