And So It Begins…

I thoroughly enjoyed my last weekend of freedom — Friday happy hour, Saturday bar games and Mexican food, Sunday brunch, baseball and burgers — oh, and a few solid runs thrown in for good measure.

But I woke up this morning to this:

I’ve been using Training Peaks for weeks now to log my progress. The software sends out daily email reminders about upcoming workouts, but because I haven’t had a plan they’ve all been blank.

Sunday morning’s version brought me back to reality. There’s no escaping this now.

  3. I love that it sends you reminders! I’m also seriously impressed that you can start IM training at the same time as you’re tapering for Boston!
